After choosing to make a professional change in real estate in 2017, a profession for which I already had a strong appetite, I was a seller-side agent until 2022.
I became a buyer out of my passion for hunting. Indeed, I am curious and tenacious and after having carried out several personal real estate projects with major renovations, I am perfectly in my element in the search for properties.
Carrying out projects whets my appetite, I notably transformed a large Neuillé apartment into a duplex and I have just rehabilitated an 18th century farm in Perche for more than a year which I currently operate as a guest house with my partner. .

My friends, family and colleagues say of me that I am a curious and creative person, empathetic and very attentive, dynamic and agile. I “never stop”! I like to follow through on my projects, down to the smallest detail. Out the door and back in the window!

Je recommande fortement Caroline Le Moine comme chasseur. Caroline a très bien ciblé mes préférences et a su m’orienter très rapidement vers le bien que je souhaitais. En outre, Caroline m’a très bien conseillé dans la constitution du dossier de prêt ainsi que toutes les pièces qui étaient nécessaires pour la constitution du dossier de vente et a facilité tous les échanges avec les notaires, agents et vendeur. Enfin, Caroline est disponible constamment et m’a accompagné du début jusqu’à la signature de l’acte.
