Definitions

Text: Client: Any person deciding to commission the services of Mon Chasseur Immo, network of estate agents, to search for a property via a Buyer Mandate

Buyer Mandate: A mandate signed between the client and Mon Chasseur Immo, network of estate agents, for a property purchase

Mon Chasseur Immo, network of estate agents, part of NETAC Group: NETAC, a simplified joint stock company, hereinafter described under Article 3.1 Website Editor

Service: Refers to all services offered to clients by Net Acheteur, network of estate agents, as part of a property search

Website: monchasseurimmo.com

Users: Any person accessing the Website, client or simple web user

Data Controller: the natural person or legal entity, public authority, service or other body who, either alone or in partnership with others, determines the purposes or means of processing.

Data subject: the person whose personal data is collected and processed by the data controller.
